Our Medical Record Department is the first point of call in a patient’s journey to wellness in the Hospital. The unit consists of courteous and professional staff responsible for handling patients’ information and also serves as a link between patients and healthcare specialists.
The unit has been deployed with the Electronic Health Management System which has improved the efficiency of service delivery and has reduced patients’ waiting time.

Profile
Mrs Oguntuase Foluso Mary is a certified member of The Health Record Officers Registration Board of Nigeria.
With 17 years of proven professional track record, she currently heads the Department of Health Information Management.
Her department, which is the entry and exit point for patients, performs functions which include, but not limited to, collecting and warehousing data that pertains to births, deaths, admissions, biodata, disease prevalence, et cetera.
She is an alumna of Adeleke University, Ede, Osun State, and The College of Health Sciences and Technology (formerly School of Health Technology), Ijero-Ekiti, where she bagged a bachelor’s degree in health information management (2017-2020) and an ordinary national diploma in health information (2003-2006), respectively.
She has attended SORMAS in-service training.
